All templates, Which are shared or going to be sharared licensed under Creativecommons - Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs CC BY-NC-ND which permits to only allowing others to download your works and share them with others as long as they credit you, but they can’t change, remix, tweak them in any way or use them commercially. If you can't keep those footer links then it's better for you not to use our templates.
2.Browser Compatibility:

However, the performance may vary between the browsers, or different operating systems like Windows and Macintosh. But our priority is 'modern browser'

All the content published at this site including themes, images, site content, articles and blogs belongs to EksTheme and it is under a strict copyright. Any reproduction made has to be authorized with proper link-back to the original source written consent of EksTheme. If any person is found reproducing our content before any permissions either commercially or non-private purpose would be banned permanently.
5. Support:
EksTheme provides quality support to its customers. Users can open a support ticket and our support staff would provide them with frequent help. We do not offer support for any means of installation. Custom coding, migration.
6.Warranty:
We don't give any kind of warranty that any 3rd party components used in the templates/themes would function in any way. There is no guarantee for its compatibility of 3rd party plugins and web browser. You should be the one to test its compatibility through the demo URL provided in the template. It's your responsibility to re-check the templates that they are working on all browsers as we never say that it will work on all browsers.
7.Refund Policy:
Since the products at EksTheme Site are impalpable goods that means they are digitally delivered through cloud computation, all the sales are hence final. We have a non refundable policy, so if you find a bug or problem in the product we will be more than happy to fix that for you.
8. Conditions for Template Sharing Websites:
We would like to raise a concern that the download link should be direct to our site, it can be available for free download only on this site and no other site.
